Educational Resource and Development Center Nepal (ERDCN)

The staff members are responsible to report the activities of the Programs to the Program Coordinator.  The program Coordinator should prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the Executive   Committee   (EC),   Executive   Director   (ED),   development partners and concerned organizations and is responsible for monitoring and supervising of the Program.  Currently, ERDCN has 12 regular professional and administrative full-time staff including the central and district staff. They have diverse expertise that includes livelihood experts, education, nutrition/WASH and gender-based violence experts.  In addition to this, it has a pool of resource persons to provide technical services to ERDCN as per need.   The pool of resource persons consists of Program Development Expert, Program Monitoring and Evaluation Expert, Educational Materials Development Expert, and Financial Management Expert.
